Only from each chain's own nutrition guide, nutrition page or online menu. Each page lists its sources and the date they were checked. Read how we check data.

Are the prices the same at every location?

No. Chains set prices per store. Each page names the store the prices came from, so use them as a guide and check your local store before you order.

How does the calculator work?

Add items with the plus buttons. The Nutrition Facts label totals calories, fat, carbs, protein, sodium and the price of your order as you go. Nothing is saved or sent anywhere.
